We are unfortunately temporarily unable to ship to the following countries; Bahrain, China, Cyprus, Israel, Republic of Korea, Macau, Malaysia, Oman, Panama, Sri Lanka and Taiwan. We apologise for any disappointment and inconvenience that this may cause. Please check back soon as this is subject to change, is regularly reviewed and we hope to be able to ship to these countries again soon.
Delivery times vary by country and also by the location of the shipping boutique.
We will contact you by email or SMS with an estimated delivery date.
All deliveries will be made between 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday
UK - Estimated 1-3 days from order to delivery
US - Estimated 2-5 days from order to delivery
EU - Estimated 2-5 days from order to delivery
Rest of world - Estimated 3-7 days from order to delivery
After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order. If there are any issues processing your order, we will contact you for more details. We will contact you again to confirm whether your order has been accepted and if it is accepted, when it has been dispatched.
You can track your order using your tracking number and the link in your dispatch confirmation email or SMS message. Alternatively, you can sign in to your account to check your order status.
As the boutiques will directly ship products from their premises to you, if you purchase different or multiple products from different boutiques in the same order, then you will receive separate deliveries from each boutique.
If you have not received your ordered products one day after the expected delivery date of your order, please let us know by emailing us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your purchase and order number and tracking number and we'll be happy to help.
Other costs and charges
All charges covering taxes and duties specific to your shipping destination are included in the prices that are shown on all product pages and in the total when placing your order, no additional taxes and duties will be charged at checkout
Please take care when entering your address and details when placing your order. If you notice that you have made a mistake in your address after placing your order, please contact our Support team as soon as possible by emailing email@example.com
We will always try our very best to resolve any address issues, but if your order has already been shipped, then we may not always be able to help update your details.
If you are not at home when a product is delivered, information will be left for you on how to rearrange delivery or collect the products. If you do not rearrange delivery or collect the products from a delivery depot or service point we will contact you for further instructions and we may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs.
Please note that if you instruct DHL to leave your package in a safe place, neither Atterley or DHL provide any compensation if the delivery is lost or stolen.
