Order & Shipping Policies
When placing your order, please advise us of any delivery restrictions or safety risks associated with the delivery.
All orders placed by 1pm (UK time) Monday to Friday (not including bank holidays), if accepted, will be processed for shipment the same day.
All orders placed after 1pm (UK time) Monday to Friday (not including bank holidays), or placed on a Saturday or Sunday, if accepted, will be processed for shipment on the next available business day, for example, if you place your order on a Friday at 4pm (UK time), if the order is accepted, it will be processed for shipment the following Monday.
The day of delivery to you will depend on your location. As well as the United Kingdom, products can be delivered to Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Canada, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Romania, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, and the United States of America. Deliveries require a residential or commercial address.
Unfortunately, delivery of products cannot be made to addresses outside these countries just yet.
Delivery times vary by country and also by the location of the shipping boutique. This delivery schedule indicates how long shipments will take to reach the countries listed when the shipment originates from the UK.
The number of days is based on the size and content of the order and also the origin and destination.
We will contact you by email or SMS with an estimated delivery date.

After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order. If there are any issues processing your order, we will contact you for more details. We will contact you again to confirm whether your order has been accepted and if it is accepted, when it has been dispatched.
You can track your order using your tracking number and the link in your dispatch confirmation email or SMS message. Alternatively, you can sign in to your account to check your order status.
As the boutiques will directly ship products from their premises to you, if you purchase different or multiple products from different boutiques in the same order, then you will receive separate deliveries from each boutique.
If you have not received your ordered products one day after the expected delivery date of your order, please let us know by emailing us directly at email@example.com with details of your purchase and order number and tracking number and we'll be happy to help.
Delivery Costs and Charges
Delivery costs and charges are set out below. Any updates to these delivery costs will be posted on this page:

Other Costs and Charges
Other charges such as applicable taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and will be displayed for you on the checkout page as part of the order process and payable by you when you place your order; these duties are non-refundable.
Please note that if you enter an incorrect address when placing your order, an additional delivery cost will apply to arrange for the order to be delivered to the correct address. The charges are:
- £9.00 for International Deliveries
- £4.50 for UK Domestic Deliveries
If you do not want to pay this additional charge, the product will be returned to the partner and you will need to then place a new order. You will receive a full refund for the original product, according to our Returns & Refunds Procedures.
We strongly advise you to take care when inputting your details and double check they are correct before submitting your order. If you have made a mistake, please contact us by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will let you know if the change is possible, for example, if the products have already been dispatched, it may not be possible to make the change.
If you are not at home when a product is delivered, information will be left for you on how to rearrange delivery or collect the products. If you do not rearrange delivery or collect the products from a delivery depot or service point we will contact you for further instructions and we may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs.
